Carolina Demolition LLC is the leading demolition contractor in the Southeast, proudly serving clients across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and Texas. With a skilled team of over 60 professionals, we complete more than 200 demolition projects each year—ranging from large-scale commercial teardowns to complex industrial removals. After several years in the rigging and general construction business, we became a full-time demolition contractor, due to the demand in the area, and the unwillingness of other contractors to take on demolition projects. A few years later we changed our name to Carolina Demolition to better reflect the type of work we were focused on. Today, Carolina demolition is a third-generation company, operated by Don’s son, Jeff Jones, and his grandson, Houston Jones. We continue to operate under the values that Don Jones firmly believed in, such as pricing the job right the first time, providing and meeting realistic deadlines for our customers, and leaving every job site much cleaner than we found it.
